Totaly hand made using only traditional blacksmithing techniques, "no ugly electric welding" all the joints used on this project are mortice and tenon or fire welded. |

|
Many time consuming forgings are designed into this gate, every one hand made. After manufacture galvanizing was used for rust prevention and then it was spray painted in 2k satin green. |

All the frame joints are hot punched by hand allowing the bar to pleasantly swell round the joint.Also seen in the bottom right hand corner the hall mark of quality ironwork the heeled tenon joint, this joint is designed to be the main structural member. |

After manufacture the ironwork was sand blasted then hot dip galvanized, washed with acid and a clear powder coat was applied this gives a more natural look than painting. |
